2. An ID number can only be reserved successfully once. In order to ensure the fairness of the number source, the appointment is limited to the real name account of the vaccinator, and it is not transferable after the appointment.

3. You will check your identity information when you are vaccinated. Please be sure to bring your original ID card, medical insurance card, residence permit or student ID card, and present the SMS of successful appointment. If the conditions are found to be inconsistent, no vaccination will be given.

4. If the social security card of the vaccinator has not been used in Shaoxing People's Hospital, please come to the hospital clinic to activate it in advance.
