Sim card lock SMS can't be received

If your mobile phone can't send and receive short messages, I suggest you check the following points:

1. The mobile phone number is overdue. If you are in an abnormal state such as lock-up period/shutdown, you need to recharge before sending or receiving SMS;

2. Try sending a text message to 100 10 to see if it can be received normally;

3. Confirm whether there is a network. I suggest you use it in a place with strong signal.

4. Check whether the mailbox is full first. If it is full, please delete some information.

5. If you still can't receive it after deleting it, you can change your mobile phone or change your card for testing. 6. Check whether the number of SMS center is set correctly.
