How to return the things on Taobao? How to send the received goods back to the seller?

1. Open the mobile phone Taobao app and click "My Taobao" in the lower right corner.

2. Click "To Be Received" under "My Order".

3. Click on the commodity name to be returned and enter the order details.

4. After entering the order details, click "Refund" in the lower right corner of the product name.

If you haven't received the goods, or have negotiated with the seller, you can click "I want a refund". If you have received the goods, click "I want a refund".

6. Click "Refund Reason".

7. You can choose the refund reason according to your own situation. Generally, you choose the first one, that is, "the size is wrong/you don't like it/you are uncomfortable/the effect is not good". If the other party has no reason to return the goods for seven days, you can choose seven days without reason.

8. Click "Return Method".

9. Check "Pick up the parts at home" or "Send them back by yourself" as appropriate, and click "Confirm".
