Jiangsu Bank will notify the applicant by SMS when sending the credit card. But when you can receive the card depends on the distance and the speed of mailing. Generally, it will be slower for banks to send credit cards by registered mail. If you can't receive the card temporarily, you can wait patiently. It will be faster if you send it by express mail. The following are the general time-consuming of the two mailing methods:

1. If it is a registered letter, it will be received in about 7- 15 days.

2. If it is sent by EMS, it will be received within 3 to 4 days in the whole country, 2 days in the province and 7 to 10 days in foreign countries (countries that have signed peace treaties with China).
