The telecommunications card supports calls and text messages, and can also access the Internet through 3G. Please check whether the network selected in the settings is correct. In Settings---Mobile Network---Network Type Selection, set it to CDMA Automatic and check whether the 1X signal of the mobile phone is normal. If the telecom card only displays 3G but not 1X, you cannot make calls.
