1. Carry out centralized isolation medical observation for people who have lived in high-risk areas for 7 days; If you have a history of living in a moderately dangerous area within 7 days, you will be subject to 7-day home isolation medical observation; Do not have the conditions for home isolation medical observation, take centralized isolation medical observation. The management period starts from leaving the risk area.

People with a history of residence in the county where the high-risk area is located within 2.7 days will enter Hunan with a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, complete two nucleic acid tests within 3 days, and do a good job in self-health monitoring.

Third, in areas where the medium and high risk areas have not been announced, but there is a social epidemic spread or epidemic spillover within 7 days, if it is judged that there is a risk of community transmission, health management will be implemented with reference to those who enter Hunan in the medium and high risk areas.

4. For those who have travel plans in the near future, please pay close attention to the information of cases and asymptomatic infected persons published by the national epidemic areas and the information of medium and high-risk areas, and try to avoid going to areas with local epidemics.

5. The personnel entering Hunan shall report to their communities and units 1 day in advance, and register the personnel entering Hunan by logging into the WeChat applet of Hunan Resident Health Card. People with epidemic risk should immediately report to communities, hotels and units, and cooperate with the implementation of relevant prevention and control measures.

Six, leaving the land border port cities and areas with local epidemics within 7 days, you need to enter Hunan with a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate. According to the principle of "check if you want", mainlanders enter Hunan and conduct nucleic acid testing as soon as they enter Hunan.

7. Before traveling, check the latest epidemic prevention and control policies of the destination through the Chinese government network and the State Council client applet in advance, actively cooperate with local epidemic prevention and control measures, and do a good job in personal protection on the way.

Eight, fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell, diarrhea and other suspicious symptoms in COVID-19, health code "yellow code" and other personnel should fulfill their personal protection responsibilities, actively cooperate with health monitoring and nucleic acid detection, and do not travel before the risk of infection is eliminated.

Nine, strictly implement personal protective measures such as "wearing a mask, washing hands frequently, measuring temperature frequently and gathering less", and develop good personal hygiene habits. If you have symptoms such as fever, cough and fatigue, you should take personal protection and go to the fever clinic of medical institutions immediately to avoid taking public transportation.
