Netease lost your account information after reloading your legend.

What if your legend is lost?

If your legend cannot be retrieved, it is recommended that you unbind it. If you can't unbind on the page, it is suggested that you can unbind your legend by providing information to the customer service center in the following three ways.

1. Submit materials through the account repair support center;

1. Please log in to "Account Repair Support Center", click "Account Repair Application", fill in the account and click "Next";

2. Fill in the password to retrieve relevant information according to the page prompts, and then click "Submit Information"; (Items marked with * must be filled in)

3. After the information is submitted, we will handle it for you within 24 hours;

4. Please log in to the account repair support center in time, click "I want to query the processing results" at the bottom of the page, and follow the prompts on the page.
