First, register in advance. Please report to the official account of Dezhou Public Security WeChat and the village (community) where the destination is located three days before returning to China, and fill in the relevant information such as residence history, contact history of risk groups, personal identity information, contact telephone number, return time, transportation, return address and so on in detail within seven days.

Second, strengthen protection on the way back. On the way home, please take a safe vehicle with a 48-hour nucleic acid negative test certificate, strictly protect yourself, wear a mask all the time, minimize communication with passengers in the same car, keep a distance and avoid gathering; Try to avoid high-frequency contact with public facilities such as door handles and handrails, wash your hands in time or disinfect with disinfectant gel after contact, and do a good job in hand hygiene; Conduct a "landing inspection" as soon as you arrive at your destination.

Third, actively cooperate with health management. After returning home, we will take corresponding epidemic prevention and control management measures according to the students' life history, contact history and current epidemic prevention and control policies. Please actively cooperate. During the period of health management, do not gather, have dinner, go to public places or take public transportation, and conduct nucleic acid testing in time. Those who need home isolation or home health monitoring should not go out at home. Those who really need to go out for medical treatment should report to the village (community) and implement closed-loop management measures under the guidance of staff.

Fourth, do a good job in personal health monitoring. Individuals are the first responsible person for their own health. After returning home, we should strictly implement the local epidemic prevention and control policies, strengthen the awareness of protection, wear masks when going out, and take protective measures. Pay close attention to personal health and take temperature in time. If you have fever (body temperature ≥37.3℃), cough and other symptoms of acute respiratory infection, you should go to the fever clinic as soon as possible, and take the initiative to inform the recent residence history and contact history of relevant personnel. You should avoid taking public transport on your way to the hospital.

5. Enthusiastic participation in volunteer service. After the expiration of home health monitoring, please actively cooperate with the village (community) to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control without affecting personal study and life.
