4. Compensation for multiple items of mail per ticket shall be carried out according to the agreement signed with the agreement customer.

Situations in which EMS does not assume liability for compensation:

1. Loss caused by force majeure (except insured mail).

2. The items sent violate the prohibition and restriction regulations and are confiscated by the state administrative agencies or dealt with in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

3. The outer packaging is in good condition, but the inner parts are missing or damaged, and the recipient did not raise any objection when signing for the goods.

4. The mail is lost or delayed due to the fault of the sender or recipient and the items themselves.

5. The mail is delayed due to incomplete or incorrect filling in of the sender's name, address, and contact number by the sender.

6. The customer has not inquired or made a claim for compensation for one year since the date of shipment.

7. Any other losses or indirect losses caused by the loss, shortage, damage and delay of mail.

8. Losses exceeding the delivery limit.

Legal basis for EMS exemption clause:

Article 48 Due to one of the following reasons Postal enterprises shall not be liable for compensation for losses of certified mail:

(1) Force majeure, except for losses of insured certified mail caused by force majeure.

(2) The natural nature or reasonable loss of the items being sent.

(3) Fault of the sender and recipient.

Article 49 After the user has handed over the receipt for mail, he or she can check the receipt with the postal enterprise within one year from the date of handing over the domestic mail, and one year from the date of handing over the international mail. Please check with the postal company within 180 days with the receipt.

When inquiring about international mail or inquiring about mail in remote areas specified by the postal administration department of the State Council, the postal enterprise shall notify the user of the inquiry results within 60 days from the date of the user's inquiry; when inquiring about other mail, the postal enterprise shall The query results will be notified to the user within thirty days from the date of the user's query.

If the mail is not found after the inspection period expires, the postal enterprise shall pay compensation in accordance with the provisions of Article 47 of this Law.

If the user fails to inquire with the postal enterprise and does not make a claim for compensation within the inquiry period specified in paragraph 1 of this article, the postal enterprise shall no longer bear liability for compensation.
