Users who use secondary water supply should cover the top cover of the water tank, and wrap the upper and lower water pipes and valves of the water tank tightly with insulation materials.

5. For frozen faucets, water meters, and pipes, you should first wrap a hot towel around the faucet, then pour warm water to thaw the faucet, then unscrew the faucet, and slowly use warm water along the faucet toward the pipe.
