The Thunder client does not limit the download speed. You can adjust the upload speed to the minimum value of "10". (Open the Thunder 7 client, click Configuration Center - My Downloads - Common Settings, and adjust the upload speed to "10")

The download speed is determined based on the bandwidth and the hotness of the resource, such as If there are too few downloaded resources in the server, the download speed will be relatively slow.
