Contact the seller to verify. Usually, the courier company will enter the receiving information in advance and then deliver the goods. If you still can't find the courier after confirmation, you can find the order on the mobile phone Taobao /PC Taobao page, click "Logistics Complaint" on the logistics details page, and choose the corresponding reasons to initiate a complaint (reasons include: not receiving the goods and not telling where the goods are, putting the parcel into the collection point without permission, and putting the parcel into the self-reporting cabinet without permission).

The logistics company will call you back within 48 hours. Please be patient. Some courier companies have not opened the complaint entrance, please consult the merchant or courier company to verify the feedback. If your goods are not received, you can apply for a refund in time.

1. If the order is displayed as waiting for the buyer to pay.

You just photographed the goods and haven't paid successfully yet. You can cancel the order yourself or ask the seller to close the transaction after consultation with the seller, or you can automatically close the transaction after the system times out.

2. If the order shows that the buyer has paid.

You can negotiate with the seller, log on to my Taobao Baby page to find the order, and click Refund/Return-Refund only. If the seller can't be contacted or the seller doesn't apply for a refund, the system will automatically refund you 48 hours after the buyer applies for a refund.

3. If the order shows that the seller has delivered the goods.

If you have negotiated a partial/full refund with the seller, you can log on to my Taobao Baby page to find the order, click Refund/Return, and select the service type and the reason for the refund.

4. If the order shows success.

Within 15 days after the transaction is confirmed, you can log in to the baby page I bought from Taobao to find the order, and click Apply for after-sales.

5. If the order shows that the transaction is completed.

This transaction status indicates that the transaction has ended and it is impossible to apply for a refund (the transaction may be closed because you photographed the goods but did not pay, and then the seller or the system closed the transaction; Or you have successfully applied for a refund, the money has been refunded, and the transaction is over)
