95 code number refers to the inter-provincial access code of telecommunications services (inter-provincial telecommunications service operators); Access code of customer service center of non-telecom enterprises (service enterprises and institutions whose business scale covers cities above 15 nationwide [currently only open to banks and insurance departments]). It should be noted that special industries can apply for paragraphs 955 and 953, which are mostly used in banking, insurance, securities, aviation, logistics and other industries.

The premise of applying for the 95-code number is that the enterprise has applied for the whole network call center license, because the business scope of the 95-code number is the whole network number segment.

An enterprise applying for code 95 shall meet the following conditions:

1, an enterprise engaged in cross-regional value-added telecommunications services;

2. With the approval of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, it can engage in related cross-regional value-added telecommunications services (call center services, domestic multi-party communications services, telephone information services, voice mail services and other value-added telecommunications services) in China;

3. It is planned to carry out relevant telecommunications services in the near future, and the number applied for has real demand;

The preparations for the opening of No.4.95 are basically ready, and the technical scheme for opening the code number is reasonable and feasible;

5. Make it clear that the applied 95 number can only be used for related telecommunications services, and make relevant commitments;

6. For companies operating nationwide or across provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the minimum registered capital is RMB 654.38+million.

Necessary materials for enterprise application code 95:

1, copy of business license;

2. Identity cards of legal persons and shareholders (if the shareholders are enterprises, provide business licenses and articles of association);

3. Articles of association;

4, the company's main management personnel and technical personnel ID cards;

5. Primal Scream Center Permit.
