Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 In order to further standardize employees' behaviors, implement the core values of China Mobile, establish a good image of the company, and promote the sustained and healthy development of the company, this Code is formulated in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations and the company system, combined with the actual situation of the company.

Article 2 This Code is applicable to all employees of the group company and its subordinate units, including employees under the labor contract system and labor dispatch personnel. Interns and temporary workers refer to the implementation.

Chapter III Implementation and Supervision

Fourteenth units of human resources, corporate culture, news and publicity departments are responsible for the promotion and implementation of this specification; Discipline inspection, supervision, party-mass organizations, trade unions and other departments are responsible for supervising and inspecting the implementation. Fifteenth units should incorporate the implementation and enforcement of this specification into the annual assessment of employees as an important basis for assessment and promotion.

Sixteenth in violation of this code, if the circumstances are minor, give criticism and education; If the circumstances are serious and cause losses or serious adverse effects to the company, it shall be handled according to the regulations. Chapter IV Supplementary Provisions

Seventeenth this specification shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. Each unit may formulate detailed rules for the implementation of the code of conduct for its employees according to this code and its own reality.

Article 18 The Human Resources Department of the Group Company shall be responsible for the interpretation of this Code.
