Moreover, the Guangdong B license plate in Shenzhen also needs certain conditions to apply for "10 minute violation without punishment", otherwise it will not be processed and there will be penalties.

"10 minute penalty exemption" condition:

1. You need to take the initiative to leave within 10 minutes after the traffic police star user platform sends a text message.

2, can only deal with illegal punishment in 200 yuan (including) the following violations, otherwise can't deal with.

3. There is only one "violation penalty" every year, and it is not allowed to apply for a second time in the same year.

4. Only bound vehicles can be handled, and other vehicles cannot help to handle the inspection exemption.

5. Some roads in Shenzhen have parking spaces, which belong to the Shenzhen Road Traffic Management Affairs Center of the Transportation Committee. If there is a violation, it is impossible to apply for exemption.

Legal basis: Article 62 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Management: Temporary parking of vehicles outside the parking lot must comply with the following provisions:

(1) Stay on the right side of the road in the forward direction, drivers are not allowed to leave the vehicle, and must leave quickly in case of traffic jam;

(two) before the vehicle stops, it is not allowed to open the door to get on and off, and it is not allowed to hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians when opening the door;

(3) No parking is allowed on the sections with sidewalk guardrails (hedges), crosswalks, construction sites (except construction vehicles) and obstacles opposite;

(4) No parking is allowed at intersections, railway crossings, detours, narrow roads, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels and road sections within 20 meters of the above-mentioned places;

(five) in front of the bus stop, electric station, first aid station, gas station, fire hydrant or fire brigade (station) and within 30 meters from the above places, no other vehicles are allowed to stop except those using the above facilities;

(six) large buses and trams are not allowed to park outside the site except in special circumstances;

(seven) motor vehicles at night or in case of wind, rain, snow, fog, must turn on the width lights, taillights.
