Can I exchange my student ticket?

Student tickets can be changed. The student ticket change method is as follows:

1. Change the ticket directly in the booking system. If you book a ticket online and don't get a paper ticket, log in to the booking system, enter the completed order, and choose the booking or travel date, you can see the information of the purchased ticket. Just click change. If the change of ticket is unsuccessful or the original ticket type is used, full payment is required, and the original fare will be refunded;

2. Refund the ticket at the ticket window before buying. If the quality of the paper is taken away, you can return it at the ticket window before buying the ticket. The refund fee is different at different times.

The restrictions on student ticket change are as follows:

1, the driving time is less than two hours, you can't change your ticket online, you can go to the station window;

2. The departure and arrival of the new ticket and the original ticket must be the same station or the same city station;

3. Alterable items include date, train number and seat. Tickets are not allowed to be changed, and a ticket can only be changed once;

4. The payment after the change must be completed within 10 minutes.

Railway transport enterprises shall ensure that passengers arrive at their destination stations according to the dates and trains specified in the tickets. If the passenger cannot take the train according to the date and number specified in the ticket due to the responsibility of the railway transport enterprise, the railway transport enterprise shall, at the request of the passenger, refund all the fare or arrange to transfer to other trains that arrive at the same destination station.
