According to the provisions of the Traffic Law, after a motor vehicle violates the rules, it can generally be inquired online or notified by SMS within 3 to 7 days, and no later than 13 working days. If it is found and signed by the traffic police at the scene, the owner needs to go to the local traffic police team within 15 days after the violation. Those who have not received treatment for more than 15 days need to pay a late fee of 3% per day, but the amount of late fee shall not exceed twice the original fine.
