3. People living in low-risk areas in recent 7 days should leave the city with a 48-hour negative certificate of nucleic acid test, complete two nucleic acid tests within 3 days after arriving in Zhao, and do a good job in health monitoring.

4. If local cases are found but the living history of dangerous areas is not clear, the health management measures formulated after the provincial assessment shall be implemented.
