Why can't I find the text message?

1. When the SMS icon can't be found on the mobile phone desktop, first check all the applications to see if there are any.

2. If not, we need to find the application in the settings first, and then touch here.

3. Then, we went to the "All" column in the application and found the message.

4. Enter the SMS immediately, then touch "Open" in the item about SMS, and then go back to the mobile phone desktop or all applications to see if there is a "SMS" icon. If not, please continue to the next step.
