What if Unicom can't receive the SMS?

You can't receive SMS or verification code due to the following reasons:

1. Please check whether the mailbox is full first. If it is full, please delete some information. 2. If it is still not received after deletion, you can change the machine or card to see if it is a hardware factor;

3. After eliminating the above reasons, try to see if it can be received in other places to see if it is the reason for the weak local signal;

4. Contact the sender to see if the sender has successfully sent or failed.

Excluding the above reasons, you can't receive SMS: you can go to the home page of online business hall (1) > customer service > transfer to labor;

(2) mobile phone business hall > customer service > my customer service > transfer to labor;

(3) China Unicom micro hall > 00/ turn to manual, access to online customer service feedback.
