My mobile phone has been marked with SMS since I installed two softwares today.

This may be a problem under the email folder of the mobile phone system, and rebuilding the email folder should be able to solve it. First, your mobile phone must be equipped with system resource manager or other similar software to access the mobile phone system, otherwise it cannot be operated.

First, check the directory: Information-Settings-Other Storage in Use, which shows the storage location of your short messages. If your message is stored in the mobile phone storage, then the next step is to change the storage location to the location of the memory card, then exit, enter the C drive of the mobile phone system through the third-party software such as System Resource Manager, and delete the mail folder under c/system/. Next, after exiting, enter SMS settings and change the storage location to mobile phone storage. Since the email folder has just been deleted after entering the C drive of the mobile phone, the mobile phone will automatically rebuild a email folder on the C drive after the change. After the change, go to the e disk of the mobile phone, that is, the memory card disk, and delete the email folder under the E/system.

Similarly, if the storage location of SMS is E disk, that is, memory card, then the process is reversed: first, change the storage location to mobile phone storage in SMS settings-enter the mobile phone system to delete the mail folder under E disk system-enter SMS settings to change the storage location to memory card-enter the mobile phone system C disk to delete the mail folder OK!

In short, delete it first, and then let the system re-create the mail folder, which should solve the problem!

Pay attention to save your important information or useful information in SMS to your computer or make a written backup before doing it, otherwise you won't find it in another storage location.
