What are the conditions for unsealing?

General unsealing needs to meet three conditions:

2. The nucleic acid test of the last close contact in this area was negative after the last exposure exceeded 14 days.

3. Within 48 hours before unsealing, all single-tube nucleic acid tests in this area were negative.

After meeting the above conditions, the control state can be released and managed according to the requirements of normalized epidemic prevention and control after being evaluated by the expert group and reported to the special class of on-site disposal work of relevant departments for approval.

For example, when a press conference on epidemic prevention and control is held in Shenzhen, three conditions must be met at the same time to release the closed control area and the released control area, including that there are no new cases or asymptomatic infected people in the area for nearly 14 days; The last exposure time of the last close contact in this area has been more than 14 days, or the traffic isolation has been more than 4 days and the nucleic acid test is negative; All personnel in this area completed a round of nucleic acid screening 2 days before termination, and all were negative. After the closed control area and the control area are all lifted, the corresponding prevention areas will also be lifted simultaneously.
