The following are the students' opinions. The problem of spam messages has always been the focus of social attention, but why is it repeatedly banned? At last year's 3. 15 party, various illegal acts of spam messages were exposed. For example, a large number of mobile phone users' communication materials and mobile phone numbers are resold privately, and the personal privacy of mobile phone users is not guaranteed, resulting in a large number of spam messages. Industry veterans said that there are two difficulties in managing spam messages: First, there is no clear definition of spam messages at present, so there are many ambiguities in the actual governance process. Secondly, from the legal point of view, operators need to control spam messages on the premise of protecting users' communication freedom and privacy. In fact, operators lack corresponding legal basis in the process of dealing with spam messages, which is why suspected spam messages should be defined by public security organs;

Since the global economic crisis broke out in 2008, the economies of all countries in the world have been affected to varying degrees. China is inevitable, and China is more of its own problem. We mainly rely on investment-driven and export-driven, and the growth of many new East Asian economies is basically the same. In this growth model, small countries may succeed, but big countries are unsustainable. At present, the American economy has really affected China's exports, which will also be an opportunity for us to reflect on the mode of economic growth. We should pay attention to developing our own domestic market and not rely too much on exports. At present, we should face up to our own problems and show our wisdom. We believe that the United States needs to strengthen market supervision to curb the spread of the economic crisis, while China needs to open its market to benefit its people, eliminate excessive supervision and release its vitality. I believe that as long as we act in fair competition and factor market, private enterprises will take the lead in getting out of the crisis cycle and drive the overall economy to reverse the situation. This is the source of our confidence.

As college students, we should have a sense of ownership and consider and solve these problems from the perspective of people's interests.
