Train tickets booked online can be refunded.

After purchasing tickets at 12306.cn, please refund the tickets in the following ways:

(1) If you haven't changed your paper ticket and it's not later than 30 minutes before driving, you can do it on the website of12306.cn.

(2) If you have exchanged paper tickets or within 30 minutes before driving, please bring the original valid ID card of the passenger used when purchasing tickets to the ticket window of the station; Please provide the order number (E+9 digits) if the resident ID card cannot be read automatically or tickets can be purchased with other valid ID documents.

(3) If you use your resident ID card to purchase tickets and then go to the station to check in with your resident ID card, you will not leave the station by bus. Please confirm at the station and go through the formalities according to the regulations.

(4) If you get off the bus due to injury or the carrier's responsibility, please go to the next station according to the regulations with the travel record issued by the train conductor and the original valid identity certificate of the passenger used when purchasing tickets.
