Huawei Glory 4c sent a message to a number, which limited how to cancel the authority.

When the number is authorized, it is blacklisted. After the blacklist is set, the short message will be intercepted and cannot be received.

Solution: Delete this number from the blacklist.

1. Enter the dial-up setting interface and select harassment interception.

2. Click the Information tab, and then click Settings (gear icon) to switch to the Blacklist tab.

3. Long press the phone number in the blacklist and click the trash can icon below to delete it.
