There is no sound when soul locks the screen.

Voice call ringtones need to be set by yourself, otherwise they cannot be used.

Open the soul on the mobile phone desktop. Then, click your own option in the lower right corner of the interface. Next, click the setting function in the upper right corner. Drop-down interface, find more setting options and click. Find the voice of the message, and if not, open it.
