Military and civilian interview form

Military-civilian interview form: structured interview+scenario simulation+questioning.

structured interview

Also known as standardized interview, it is a pre-designed interview evaluation method in terms of evaluation elements, interview questions, implementation procedures, scoring standards and examiner composition.

Situation simulation

Generally, it includes: trial lecture, instrument operation, talent display, field test, etc. Among them, engineering, medical care, higher education, nursing, Chinese education, medical technology, experimenters, actors (vocal music, instrumental music, dance, drama) and other positions may often have scene simulation links, not every position will have scene simulation, and the specific methods will be flexibly selected according to the characteristics of the position.

Ask close questions

It refers to some questions randomly asked by examiners on the basis of candidates' answers to interview questions.

Interview question

According to the specific situation and specialty of each unit, each person randomly selects a set of questions, usually 3-7 questions. Medical and other positions with practical exercises are generally 3-4 questions plus practical exercises, and teachers' positions are generally 3-4 questions plus test lectures. The above number of questions does not include questions, and the number of questions asked varies.

Interview duration

Depending on the specific situation of each unit, the non-practical positions are generally 15 minutes, the practical positions (clinical medicine and nursing) are generally 20 minutes, the teaching positions are 15 minutes, and the lectures are 10- 15 minutes. Each question is not counted separately, so please remind me when you have time.

Examination mode

Most of the on-site interviews are paper questions with numbers in sealed file bags, and some of them are randomly selected by computers. After the candidates enter the examination room, under the supervision of all examiners and staff, a group of questions are randomly selected on the spot according to the numerical order randomly selected in advance.

The questions answered by each candidate in the same position will not re-enter the question bank, so the questions of each candidate in the same position are different. Most candidates have paper and pens on their seats for candidates to think about and record.

Online remote interview. In 2020, due to the epidemic situation, many units adopted online remote interviews, requiring candidates to register two accounts (one for backup) at the same time. The two cameras are arranged in front of and behind the 45-degree side to ensure that there are no dead ends. Candidates can only put white paper and pens in front of them, and the organizer will contact the candidates to try the line two days in advance.

Interview location

Each interview unit decides on its own. See the interview notice for details. The interview notice will be sent to the candidates by SMS, WeChat and email respectively.

Interview organization

The interview is organized and implemented by units below the corps level. The Political Work Department stipulates the time for summarizing and reporting the interview situation, which is arranged by all major units in a unified way, and interview teams are set up by units below the corps level.

Calculation and publication of results

The full marks of public * * * subjects, professional subjects and interview results in the unified examination of the whole army are 100, and the total score is converted according to the percentage system. Among them, public subjects, professional subjects and interview results accounted for 30%, 30% and 40% respectively, and all kinds of bonus points were included in public subjects.

Comprehensive score = public * * * subjects ×30%+ professional subjects ×30%+ interview score ×40%, and the scores and total scores of each subject can be retained to two decimal places.

The interview results are: job hunting motivation (10- 15), competence (15), professional knowledge (60-70) and etiquette (5- 10). The interview results were announced. After the interview of each group, the individual scores will be announced on the spot, and the candidates will sign on the spot for confirmation.
