Article 3 All expenditures must be reported in the form of official invoices (receipts, slips, and supermarket computer receipts cannot provide reliable evidence for activity expenditures, so they will be regarded as invalid vouchers and will not be reimbursed).

Article 4 In order to strengthen the unified management of invoice reimbursement, invoices should be submitted to the office after each activity. If the amount of expenditure is too scattered, it can be submitted at each regular meeting of the Student Union.

5. Office Management System:

Article 1 The management organization of the office is the Office of the Student Union of the School of Architecture and Civil Engineering. All property in the Student Union Office belongs to the Student Union and does not belong to any individual.

Article 2 The keys to the Student Union Office are uniformly distributed by the Student Union Office and are not allowed to be provided privately. If lost, the key must be reported to the Student Union Office and the Student Union Office will issue and register it again. The key holder cannot enter the office at will to do things unrelated to student union affairs.

Article 3 Except for regular meetings of the Student Union, borrowing an office must be approved by the Student Union Office before the borrower can use it.

Article 4 When using the office, you must take good care of the property in the office. If there is any damage, you must report it to the Student Union Office immediately.

Article 5 When collecting office items for each event, the person in charge must fill in the loan list in detail and sign it. When returning items after the event, items must be promptly inventoried and confirmed by the office. Any damage must be reported truthfully.

Article 6 If a non-student union member borrows an item, he or she must report it to the office first. With the approval of the office director, the item must be registered and requested within a time limit before the item can be borrowed. If there is any damage or loss, the borrower must compensate according to the price.

Article 7 No personal belongings may be stored in the office, and no one may be brought into the office to do anything unrelated to the office.

Article 8 Consciously maintain the sanitary environment in the office. After using the office, you must put things in order and clean the floor. The door must be locked when leaving.

A good plan is half the battle, and a clear division of labor takes the work one step closer to success. This semester, the deputy director of the office, Feng Jibin, is mainly in charge of quantitative assessment, material and staff management. I hope that with our joint efforts, the office can make more contributions to the student union and cultivate more talents!
