If the mobile phone can't receive short messages normally, we suggest you check them one by one by the following methods:

1. Please confirm whether the SIM card has passed the operator's real-name registration system registration certification. If the information when handling the SIM card does not match the ID card information, there may be problems such as abnormal signal, inability to receive short messages and inability to access the Internet for data services. It is recommended that you consult the operator's customer service for real-name registration system certification.

2. Please check whether the SIM card is in arrears, and the suspension of arrears will affect the mobile phone communication.

3. Please check whether there is a blacklist in the mobile phone housekeeper, so that the short message is intercepted and cannot be received. If so, please delete the number from the blacklist and try again.

4. Please check whether there are any third-party applications blocking SMS. Some security management applications will intelligently filter the received short messages. It is recommended to uninstall this application.

5. Please try to restore the default settings of SMS application. Operation path: Click Menu (More) in the SMS interface and open Settings >; Restore the default settings.
