OPPO Watch Information APP cannot receive information

How to deal with the problem that the OPPO Watch series cannot receive message notifications:

1. Check whether the mobile phone and the watch are connected normally: pull down the watch control center to check the connection status.

2. Check whether the "Synchronize mobile notifications" switch is turned on, go to the mobile phone "Health APP > Device > Synchronize mobile notifications".

3. Notifications will not be synchronized to the watch when the phone screen is on. If you want to receive notifications, you can open the "Health" APP on your phone > Device > Sync phone notifications > Push notifications when the phone screen is on.

4. The watch will not receive notifications when it is off the wrist. If you want to receive notifications, you can open the "Health" APP on your phone > Device > Sync phone notifications > Push notifications when off your wrist.

5. It is recommended to check the settings of WeChat message reminder: "WeChat > ??Me > Settings > New Message Reminder > Receive New Message Notification/Notification Display Message Details".
