As an office worker, I have always been strict with counter service. During the peak period of deposit, we added the fast account manager and me, and four people took turns to top the counter to ensure that at least three counter groups were opened every day. In addition, we rescheduled the lobby managers to ensure that there are at least two lobby managers every day, one is responsible for maintaining the order of the team and the reasonable placement of vehicles outside, and the other is responsible for copying documents and filling out account opening applications.
