How does ICBC open the balance dynamic WeChat reminder?

If you want to actively push the reminder, WeChat doesn't have it at present, but there are two ways:

1. Open the SMS reminder of ICBC messenger, 2 yuan/month, and send SMS to the bound mobile phone number every time there is a change;

2. install ICBC's app and merge with e-banking. There will be information tips, free of charge.

I think ICBC is not that good. I have to install an application in my mobile phone. There are too many kinds of apps now. I can't stand it, and neither can my cell phone. I don't pretend, but I always send text messages to remind me. Many other banks are automatically pushed after binding WeChat!
