PICC's auto insurance claim has been closed and a short message has been received from the insurance company. When will the money arrive?

China People's Insurance Company has closed the case, and the money usually arrives in about half a month.

Automobile insurance claim process:

Different insurance companies will have different claims procedures, but most of the basic steps are the same. The basic process includes: reporting the case, surveying and determining the damage, signing and reviewing the claims, adjusting and auditing, and approving and closing the case.

Report the case quickly:

The auto insurance clause usually stipulates that the accident should be reported to the insurance company within 48 hours, otherwise the insurance company has the right to refuse compensation. If someone else is entrusted to report the case, the informant shall also carry his ID card and the power of attorney issued by the insured.

Repair damage:

Before the insurance company repairs all the losses of the vehicle caused by the insurance accident, it must carry out damage assessment (damage assessment can be carried out in the repair shop or 4S shop designated by the insurance company, or in the factory and shop qualified for damage assessment, but all three parties must be present), so as to verify the loss items and amount;

Damaged vehicles can only be repaired after the damage is determined;

Compensation for personal or property damage to a third party must also be recognized by the insurance company, and the relevant evidence and amount can be used to settle the claim;

When a vehicle is stolen or robbed, it should first report it to the public security organ and notify the police station or criminal police team in the dangerous place within 24 hours;

Then report it to the insurance company. If the vehicle is stolen or robbed, you should bring your personal data to the insurance company within 48 hours to fill out the Notice of Motor Vehicle Insurance and complete the registration procedures.
