2. Is there a quantity limit for the cancellation of micro-medical orders?

At present, we can try to cancel all orders in the micro-medical account within the cancellation time stipulated by the hospital. However, in order to effectively prevent and control scalpers, create a fair and just appointment environment, and ensure that the doctor's source resources are fully and reasonably utilized, at present, after the same micro-medical account cancels five orders in the same month, the account can no longer enjoy the appointment registration service this month. It is recommended to try to make an appointment next month.

3. How to cancel the telephone or on-site booking order?

After logging in to official website, please click "Quick Cancel Order" in the upper right corner of the page, enter the information such as ID number, mobile phone number and verification code of the reservation according to the prompts on the page, click "Query Reservation Form", select the order to cancel, and click "Cancel" to cancel the hospital rules.

4. How to cancel the website reservation order?

Click on the reservation registration list in "Personal Center-My Reservation Form" to view the order to be cancelled. When the hospital regulations can be cancelled, click "Cancel".
