China Bank Company Customer SMS Notification Change Processing Materials:

When an enterprise customer applies for changing the content of the enterprise short message service, it is required to submit the following materials:

1. Application Form for Change/Cancellation of Enterprise SMS Service Products of Bank of China Co., Ltd. signed by the legal representative/responsible person and stamped with the official seal of the company, and check the corresponding options;

2. Power of attorney (if necessary), stamped with the official seal of the unit and signed by the legal representative/person in charge;

3, the legal representative or the person in charge of the unit and the authorized person's original and photocopy of the identity certificate;

4. If the SMS recipient is added or changed, the original and photocopy of the ID card of the added/changed SMS recipient shall be provided.
