5. Avoid emergency vehicles. When waiting for the red light, if you suddenly hear emergency horns such as ambulances and fire engines, then you should break through the red light and make way. This kind of behavior is worth promoting. After that, you can go to the traffic police brigade to issue a flow adjustment certificate. Once verified, you can be exempted from punishment.
