What are the conditions for unqualified checked baggage?

2. Guns, including all kinds of simulated toy guns, gun lighters and other offensive weapons, ammunition, ordnance and police equipment (such as electric batons and electric shocks). ) and imitations of the above items and controlled knives, except guns and ammunition used for hunting and sports;

3. Electric balance car powered by lithium battery;

4. Articles with obvious odor;

5 live animals, except for live animals, guide dogs and hearing dogs as otherwise specified;

6. Articles prohibited from leaving, entering or transiting People's Republic of China (PRC) (China) or relevant national laws during transportation;

7. Articles whose packaging, shape, weight, volume or nature are unsuitable for transport.

The passenger or consignee accepts the checked baggage or goods without raising any objection, which is the preliminary evidence that the checked baggage or goods have been delivered in good condition and are in conformity with the transport documents.

In case of loss of checked baggage or goods, the passenger or consignee shall raise an objection to the carrier after discovering the loss. If the checked baggage is lost, it shall be put forward within seven days from the date of receiving the checked baggage at the latest; If the goods are damaged, it should be put forward within 14 days at the latest from the date of receiving the goods. If the checked baggage or cargo is delayed, it shall be put forward within 2 1 day at the latest from the date when the checked baggage or cargo is delivered to the passenger or consignee for disposal.

Any objection shall be stated in the transport certificate or put forward in other written forms within the time limit specified in the preceding paragraph.

Unless the carrier commits fraud, if the passenger or consignee fails to raise an objection within the time limit specified in the second paragraph of this article, he shall not lodge a claim against the carrier.
