Why can’t I receive the verification code on my China Unicom mobile card?

China Unicom cannot receive text messages or verification codes for the following reasons:

1. First check whether the mailbox is full. If so, please delete some information;

2 , if you still cannot receive it after deleting it, you can change the phone or card to test to see if it is a hardware factor;

3. After eliminating the above reasons, you can try to test whether it can be received in other locations to see if it is local. Reason for weak signal.

If none of the above problems exist, please contact local customer service to handle the problem.
