Step 1: Fill in the Personal Edition

1. Log on to the website of China Construction Engineer, click on the secondary construction engineer registration system, click on the personal version login portal, and fill in the name, ID number, qualification certificate number, password, etc. On the right side of the page, in the "Login Portal for Change, Addition and Cancellation of Registered Builders", click Login.

Note: Please fill in your name and ID number at the time of initial registration, and check the information in the "registrant" information of the enterprise version.

2. After logging in, click the "Change Registration" option in the directory tree on the left, and select what you want to change: employment enterprise change and name change. After filling in the information, click the "Save" button at the bottom of the form.

Step 2: Operation of the Original Enterprise Edition

1. The original company logs in to the enterprise edition, click the Change Registration-Personnel Transfer-out button under the directory tree, and after viewing the personnel information table (this information table can only be viewed when logging in to the personal edition), click the "Approve" button behind the personnel information, and click the "Save" button at the bottom of the table to complete the enterprise approval; Deselect the person and click "Agree to Transfer Out".

2. After the new company logs in to Enterprise Edition, click Change Registration-Personnel Transfer-in button under the directory tree. After viewing the personnel information table, click "√" in the small box in front of the personnel information to select it, and then click "Agree to Transfer in". After the transfer-in is successful, select "Transferred" as the approval status, and click "Query" to display the successful personnel. Click "Review" behind the personnel information and click "Save" after verification.

3. Print the form: select the person whose status is "Submitted" and click "Query". Among the reported persons displayed, click "View" to pop up "Application Form 3- 1", and click "Print" to print out the personal information form.
