Based on the current epidemic prevention and control situation in Huilai County, in accordance with the "Comprehensive Group of the State Council's Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism for the New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic" According to the relevant provisions of the "New Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan", after research and judgment by an expert group, the temporary containment areas, temporary control areas, and temporary management areas announced at 8 a.m. on October 19 will be adjusted to delineate high, medium, and low risk areas. and risk investigation areas to implement classified management and control. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

High-risk areas: Xiyi Village, Xier Village, Mengshan Village, and Cuntou Village in Xixi Town. Adopt lockdown measures such as "do-to-door service without leaving home".

Risk investigation area: part of Longjiang Town, extending to the southern section of Longjiang Avenue in the east, Longjiang River Embankment in the west, the junction of Yuetan Village in the south, Zhuhu Village Ring Road in the north, and Jiaobian Village junction. Adopt lockdown measures such as "do-to-door service without leaving home".

Medium risk areas: Shanmei Village in Huicheng Town; part of Longjiang Town, extending to Luoxi River Embankment in the east, Longjiang River Embankment in the west, Bangzhuang Village in the south, and Shenshan-Shantou Expressway in the north; Xixi Town Part of the area is bounded by Longjiang River Embankment in the east, Shihua Avenue in the west, Shanlong Village in the south, and the exit of Shihua Avenue in the north. Adopt control measures such as "staying within the area and picking up items at staggered peaks".

Low-risk area: the entire Huilai County. Adopt management measures such as "personal protection and avoid gatherings".

The above regional prevention and control measures are implemented in accordance with national prevention and control requirements.

The above measures will be implemented from 13:00 on October 20, 2022, and will be adjusted in a timely manner according to changes in the epidemic prevention and control situation.
