There is a shop whose business license has not expired, but it is no longer open. Can I use it to apply for provident fund?

As long as it is a legally registered individual industrial and commercial household, it can pay social security and provident fund for employees. Relevant laws and regulations: "Regulations on the Management of Housing Provident Fund" stipulates that if a unit hires employees, it shall go to the housing provident fund management center for deposit registration within 30 days from the date of employment, and go to the entrusted bank for the establishment or transfer of employee housing provident fund accounts with the audit documents of the housing provident fund management center.

The Social Insurance Law stipulates that the employer shall register social insurance for employees within 30 days from the date of employment. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.
