Article 4 The CMC implements a hierarchical management system for project contact sheets, which are divided into general contact sheets and important contact sheets according to the importance and complexity of the contents.

The technical contents involved in the contact list of general matters are relatively simple and clear; Increase or decrease expenses below 20,000 yuan; Extend or shorten the construction period within one week; Change or add secondary materials and equipment, etc.

Management regulations:

Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and contract terms in order to strengthen the management of project investment, further standardize the behaviors of all parties in the project construction in the process of putting forward, reviewing, confirming and implementing the project contact list, improve the efficiency of management and consultation, clarify the procedures and handling period, effectively control the project cost, reasonably control the construction progress and ensure the project quality.

Article 2 These Provisions shall apply to the consultation and management activities between the relevant offices of the CMC and the contractors, design units and supervision units on the technical, economic, time limit and other contents involved in the contact list of the project contracted by the CMC.
