Size requirements of marriage registration photos in Henan Province

According to Item (7) of Chapter 4 of the Provisional Regulations on Marriage Registration issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs on 20 16, when the parties handle the marriage registration, they shall submit the recent bareheaded photos of both parties. According to the Marriage Registration Service Standard System, the size specification of marriage certificate photos (marriage registration photos) is "color photos of both parties, with a red background, and the size is 53 mm * 35 mm (width * height)".

Marriage registration shall be handled according to the procedure of preliminary examination-acceptance-examination-registration (certification).

The conditions for accepting an application for marriage registration are:

(1) The marriage registry has jurisdiction;

(2) If both men and women want to get married, they should apply to the marriage registration office together;

(3) The party concerned is 22 years old for men and 20 years old for women;

(4) Both parties have no spouse (unmarried, divorced or widowed);

(five) the parties have no lineal blood relatives and collateral blood relatives within three generations;

(6) Both parties get married voluntarily;

(7) Both parties shall submit three 2-inch group photos;

(eight) the parties hold relevant certificates.
