(1) Only when the commodity price+lunch box fee exceeds 10 yuan can you use the red envelope;

(2) For online payment only, the mobile phone number of the payee, the mobile phone number entered when receiving the red envelope and the mobile phone number in the account must be the same;

(3) Red envelopes are limited in category and amount, and can only be used after meeting the corresponding category and limited amount;

(4) Only one red envelope can be used for each order, and red envelopes can be used at most twice a day.

(5) Other qualifications and conditions stipulated by national laws and regulations and/or online terms and rules of Meituan Takeaway.

Article 4 Conditions for Use of the First Red Packet The first red packet can only be used if the following conditions are met, and it is not shared with other offers (first reduction, full reduction, full gift, set meal gift and discount dishes):

(1) New users (equipment, mobile phone number, Meituan account without Meituan takeaway) place orders for the first time;

After placing an order and paying successfully through Meituan Takeaway App or Meituan App Takeaway Channel, you may get a chance to receive a red envelope once a day. Not all orders will generate red envelopes after placing an order.

Article 6 The change of the Meituan takeaway red envelope cannot be exchanged or exchanged.

Article 7. The red envelope you received is abnormal. If the red envelope you received cannot be displayed and used in your account, please refer to the following operating instructions:

(1) Please ensure that the mobile phone number for receiving the red envelope is consistent with the mobile phone number bound to the account;

(2) The red envelope may have expired or been frozen, which can be viewed in the list of expired coupons;

(3) Discount coupons, red envelopes with decimal points and some other types of red envelopes can only be viewed in the latest clients. Please ensure that your client has been upgraded to the latest version.

Article 8 Scope of Use Meituan Red Packet can only be used in Meituan and Meituan takeaway clients, and cannot be used in Meituan takeaway on other platforms such as WeChat wallet and mobile QQ.

Article 9 Special Statement: I have carefully read and fully understood the terms of service of Meituan.com and/or Meituan takeaway users, and voluntarily agree to abide by all the contents of the user agreement, including all exemption clauses, except the provisions of these Rules.

Article 10 These Rules shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
