The epidemic situation has picked up in some areas, and there have been local cluster epidemics in many places in our province. In order to protect the health of the people in the province, experts from Hunan Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention warmly reminded:

First, fulfill their responsibilities and cooperate with the inspection.

Consciously fulfill personal responsibilities and actively cooperate with epidemic prevention and control measures such as temperature detection, site code scanning, health code and travel code inspection, and nucleic acid detection. Please actively cooperate with the implementation of relevant health management measures if you receive short messages about epidemic prevention and health code pop-up tips recently.

Second, do a good job of protection and travel healthily.

Consciously abide by the basic code of conduct for epidemic prevention, adhere to personal protection when going out, and maintain good hygiene habits such as frequent hand washing, wearing masks, regular ventilation, public chopsticks, "one-meter line", cough etiquette, cleaning and disinfection. In public places, remind people around you to wear masks correctly and abide by the basic norms of epidemic prevention. It is recommended to know the latest epidemic prevention and control policies of the destination in advance before traveling, avoid going to high-risk areas, actively cooperate with local epidemic prevention and control measures, and do personal protection on the way. It is suggested that cadres and workers of party and government organs, enterprises and institutions at all levels, including associations and other units, should not leave Hunan in the near future unless it is urgent or necessary.

Third, return to Hunan after entering Hunan and report in time.

Before arriving in Hunan, people entering Hunan should go through the "Registration in Hunan" applet or the "Hunan Resident Health Card" destination registration applet at least 1 day in advance. All personnel entering Hunan must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and cooperate with various prevention and control measures after arriving in Hunan. All traffic stations and highway epidemic prevention service points in the province investigate and report the situation of people entering Hunan from outside the province. Those who deliberately conceal the itinerary and evade inspection and cause epidemic disseminators shall be investigated for responsibility according to law.

Fourth, reduce agglomeration and reduce risks.

Don't go out until you have to, and don't gather until you have to. It is suggested that all localities should not hold large-scale gatherings, training and other activities at all levels in the near future. Adhere to the principle of "postponing the wedding, keeping the funeral simple and not holding banquets", strictly implement the prevention and control measures related to various gathering activities, avoid going to crowded or closed places, and reduce the risk of infection.

Fifth, strengthen monitoring and standardize medical care.

Firmly establish the concept that "everyone is the first responsible person for their own health" and actively monitor their own health. If you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell, diarrhea, etc. Do not take medicine, wear a medical mask in time, go to the nearest fever clinic for medical treatment, and take the initiative to inform the doctor about his travel history and contact history, and avoid taking public transportation during medical treatment.

Sixth, strengthen vaccination and build a barrier.

Strictly implement the "multi-disease prevention" to maintain physical and mental health at all times. In view of the situation that the epidemic situation in COVID-19 and common respiratory diseases may "overlap" in winter, we should do a good job in preventing infectious diseases such as influenza, measles and chickenpox in winter. Those who meet the vaccination conditions and have no vaccination contraindications should voluntarily complete the vaccination of COVID-19, influenza, measles, chickenpox and pneumococcus.
