We often refuel the plane, and there may be half a barrel or half a barrel of oil left after we finish the work. We suggest that in the future work, we take the remaining lubricating oil to the tool room and pour it into IDG fuel tank; Take the remaining hydraulic oil to the tool room and pour it into the hydraulic tanker. This can make full use of oil and reduce the cost of airline maintenance.

2. In airline maintenance, the application for consumables requires airline maintenance personnel to receive as much as they use. In the process of airline maintenance, we often need to replace old fluorescent lamps and sesame lamps. When replacing aircraft wheels, various consumables, such as cotter pins, are needed. Consumables used in various planes are also very expensive. In order to avoid the waste of consumable parts caused by more consumable parts applied for than actually used, we suggest receiving as many consumable parts as possible in the future route maintenance work. If the number of wearing parts applied for is small, don't be afraid of trouble, and then apply for wearing parts. If you apply for more consumable parts, fill in the usable parts return card and return the intact consumable parts that can be used next time to the aviation material warehouse. This can prevent excessive waste of consumables and really reduce the cost of consumables.

3. In the process of airline maintenance, we often encounter that the replaced parts are only partially defective, and in most cases, the relevant parts maintenance department can continue to use them through simple transformation or even just maintenance. For example, we often replace the fluorescent lamp components in the cabin, and remove the failed fluorescent lamp components and replace them with new ones. In the past, old fluorescent lamp components were thrown into the trash can. In fact, the lamp holder in the old assembly may be caused by the broken aging circuit, poor contact or transformer failure in the old fluorescent lamp assembly. Through simple renovation and repair, the relevant parts maintenance department can continue to use the fluorescent lamp assembly, thus reducing the consumption of a new fluorescent lamp assembly. There are countless cases in which aviation materials can continue to be used through simple repairs, which requires our maintenance personnel to use the awareness of saving. Many things that only need a little effort can save the use of aviation materials and consumables.
