How does Apple delete SMS records?

As shown below, when I search in the search box of the system, if these words happen to be included in the information, they will be displayed together.

If you want to display any information in the search bar, please open the Settings application on the home screen at this time.

Find the General option in the list of settings, and then click Open.

Then find the Spotlight search field in the General list and click Open.

Then in the Spotlight search list, find the information bar and remove the small tick on the left, as shown in the figure.

After Spotlight was turned off to search for information, we opened the search box again and found that we couldn't find any information.
