SMS informs you that the case has been concluded. How do you know the trial result?

Legal analysis: If you receive the SMS, the case has been concluded. If you are a party to a case, the court hearing the case will send you legal documents (civil judgment, civil mediation) and other documents, and the legal documents will clearly state the final result of the case, so you will know the situation of the case at that time.

Legal basis: Article 87 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), with the consent of the addressee, the people's court may serve litigation documents by fax, e-mail and other means that can confirm receipt, except for judgments, rulings and conciliation statements. If it is delivered by the way mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the date when it reaches the addressee's specific system by fax or e-mail shall be the date of delivery.
