How to block short messages with numbers beginning with 10659? This kind of rubbish is really annoying.

10659 are basically spam messages from telecom, and I suffer greatly from them. I want to get rid of it early and then get rid of it quickly. I have complained many times, but it is useless. I just want to swear here.
