M-Zone/or you can buy a foreign SMS card from the Internet ... use this card to send messages, ... (if it is not available locally) or set up a cheap package.

Then open a fetion .. log in to fetion with your mobile phone and send a text message. You can also send n messages, much more than short message packets.
